Topline rose due to the increase in hotel and towers revenues as the last nine days of Ramadan fell within the quarter. In addition, higher rental value pushed up mall revenues.

Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), the net profit jumped 74.4% from SAR 86 million in Q4 2024.
Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 4.81 billion as of March 31, 2025, compared to SAR 4.66 billion a year earlier.
