Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. reported a net profit decline of 19.3% to SAR 21.7 million in 2025, compared to SAR 26.9 million a year earlier.

Q4 2025 profit plummeted 53.7% to SAR 4.5 million, from SAR 9.7 million in the prior-year period.

 

On a sequential basis, net profit soared from SAR 0.63 million in Q3 2025.

 

Accumulated losses reached SAR 86.35 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, representing 17.3% of the company's capital.

 

Total shareholders’ equity (no minority interest) amounted to SAR 462.3 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 432.7 million in a year earlier period.
