Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) reported a net profit of SAR 58.3 million in 2025, against a net loss of SAR 9.6 million a year ago.

The company attributed the improved performance to higher revenues, due to an increase in the public transport operations, as well as lower selling and distribution expenses.
SAPTCO also cited recognition of a profit in an associate and joint venture, as well as higher other income and lower cost of finance. This is in addition to impairment reversal on trade receivables and other current assets.
The transport services provider swung to a net profit of SAR 45.2 million in Q4 2025, from a net loss of SAR 10.75 million in Q4 2024.
The three-month net earnings surged from SAR 2.17 million in Q3 2025.
