Yansab shareholders to vote on 12.5% cash dividend for H2 2022 on March 7

Yanbu National Petrochemical Co.'s (Yansab) shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to distribute a 12.5% cash dividend, or SAR 1.25 per share, for the second half of 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, scheduled for March 7, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends quarterly or semi-annually for 2023.

 

Furthermore, they will vote on electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on March 15, 2026.

 

Other agenda items include forming the audit committee, setting its tasks and remuneration for the new term.

 

The e-voting on the agenda items is slated to start on March 3.
