Southern Cement EGM to vote on 7% dividend for H2 2024 on June 18

Southern Province Cement Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on a board of directors’ recommendation of a 7% cash dividend for the second half of 2024, at SAR 0.7 per share, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 18, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
