Southern Cement shareholders OK 7% cash dividends for H2 2024

Southern Province Cement Co.’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 7%, or SAR 0.70 a share, for H2 2024, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 18, according to a statement to Tadawul.
