The payout ratio stands at 4.75% of the fund’s net asset value as of June 30, 2025.
According to the fund manager, Alkhabeer Growth and Income demonstrated solid performance since inception. NAV per unit rose to SAR 12.42 as of June 30, 2025, reflecting a significant increase in the fund’s value compared to the initial price per unit of SAR 10. Therefore, the fund manager plans to distribute part of the investment profits since launch at SAR 0.59 per unit.
Accordingly, the total dividends to unitholders of record on Aug. 5 stands at SAR 1.00 per unit.
On the other hand, the 4.38 million units repurchased by the fund manager to be canceled until the announcement date have no voting or dividend rights.
The fund manager will temporarily suspend the buyback process until the close of trade on Aug. 3.
