Yansab shareholders approve 15% dividend for H2 2021

Yanbu National Petrochemical Co.’s (Yansab) shareholders approved paying H2 2021 cash dividend at 15%, or SAR 1.5 per share, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on March 23.

 

Shareholders also agreed to delegate the board of directors to declare interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022.
