Budget Saudi shareholders approve 15% cash dividend for H2 2022

United International Transportation Co.’s (Budget Saudi) shareholders approved a 15% cash dividend for H2 2022, at SAR 1.5 per share, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on April 13, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
