Maaden closes at all-time high
Shares of Saudi Arabian Mining Co. (Maaden) rose 5% to close at SAR 70.80 today, Jan. 13, their highest price since listing.
The company announced, on Jan. 12, the addition of 7.8 million ounces of resources across four key sites, including operating mines and early-stage discoveries.

Overview :
Maaden was formed by Royal Decree in 1997 as a state-owned company to facilitate the development of Saudi Arabia's mineral resources. In 2008, the company listed 50 percent of its shares on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
The company conducts its business through three divisions: Phosphates, Aluminum and Precious Metals, and Base Metals.
