Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Sunday.

1) Saudi Aramco has announced that the IPO and book-building process will begin on Nov. 17 and will run through Dec. 4.

2) Alujain Corp. said in a bourse statement it was unable to post financial statements for the period ending on Sep. 30, 2019 for a reason beyond its control.

3) Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) widened net losses after zakat and tax by 54.6 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 303 million for the first nine months of 2019.

4) The listing and trading of Abdulla Saad Abo Moati for Bookstore Co. on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will begin as of Monday, Nov. 11, 2019 with the symbol (4191) under consumer discretionary sector.

5) Sadara Chemical Co., the parent company of Sadara Basic Services, widened its net losses after zakat and tax by 64.8 percent year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 3.87 billion for the first nine months of 2019.

6) Maharah Human Resources Co. has been added to MSCI Global Islamic Small Cap, while Halwani Bros was removed.

7) Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. has signed a final agreement with Kingdom Investment and Development Co., a subsidiary of Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC), to sell its stake in Trade Center Co. Ltd for cash consideration of SAR 223.68 million.

8) Brent crude on Friday gained 22 cents to reach $62.51/bbl, while WTI crude also increased 9 cents to stand at $57.24/bbl.
