8 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Tuesday.

1) The Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) will disclose Q1 2020 financial results and dividends before the start of trading on Tuesday, May 12.

2) Arab Sea Information System Co. will start trading on Tadawul on April 15, 2020, with the symbol 7201 in the Information Technology group, and the daily fluctuation limits of 10%.

3) Alujain Holding Corp.  was unable to disclose its financial results for fiscal year 2019 as expected in its previous announcement on March 26.

4) Aljazira Capital Co. received a notification from Petromin Co. and H. M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co., tenants of Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund's (Aljazira REIT) properties, requesting to waive due rents during the 24-hour curfew period.

5) Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) shareholders are set to vote, on May 14, on the board’s recommendation to increase capital from SAR 101.1 million to SAR 400 million through a rights issue of 29.8 million shares

6) Al Sorayai Trading and Industrial Group’s shareholders will vote, on May 6, on audited financial statements and audit report for FY2019.

7) Dur Hospitality Co.’ shareholders approved, on April 12, the board’s recommendation to distribute a 5% cash dividend for FY2019 (SAR 0.5 per share).

8) Brent crude on Tuesday gained 53 cents to reach $32.27 per barrel. WTI Crude also increased 31 cents to reach $22.72/bbl.
