The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) published the ownership report of listed companies on the market on Sept. 30, 2020.
The report includes ownership of shares of 21 companies for the purpose of Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), with a total of 286.5 million shares, an increase of 121.8 million shares, compared to the end of Q2 2020.
This quarter included the addition of Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) to the list after allocating 117.19 million of its shares to ESOP.
The firms that held the biggest percentage of their shares are Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), retaining 9.99% of its shares, followed by Dallah Healthcare holding 4.98%, and United Electronics Co. (eXtra) holding 4%.
