Saudi Aramco saw a negotiated deal on its shares today, Jan. 21, where 150,000 shares were privately traded at a total negotiated price of SAR 34.85 per share, for a total of SAR 5.23 million.
Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) also saw a negotiated deal on nearly 930,000 of its shares, for a total of SAR 17.2 million. The negotiated deal was executed on 1.86% of the company’s share capital amounting to 50 million shares.
On Tuesday, JAZADCO saw two negotiated deals on 1.89 million shares, or 3.78% of total share capital, totaling SAR 35 million.
A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
