Saudi Aramco will disclose FY2020 financial results and dividends before the start of trading on Sunday, March 21, in line with the requirements of the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
The oil giant said it will host the next webcast to discuss 2020 financial results on March 22.
Saudi Aramco posted a net profit after Zakat and tax of SAR 133.2 billion in 9M 2020, a decline of 48%, Argaam earlier reported.
The company previously paid a cash dividend of SAR 70.32 billion (SAR 0.352 per share) for the third quarter of 2020, and SAR 210.9 billion (SAR 1.055 per share) for 9M 2020.
