Saudi Industrial Development Co. (SIDC) shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on Jan. 1, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Nov. 28.
The members elected are Ibrahim AlHomaidhi, Ahmed Alkanhal, Ahmed Al-Mohsen, Bdr Bin Al Turki, Bandar AlHomaidhi, Saleh Al-Shuraim, Abdulelah Al-Asakir, Ali Al Dharw, Omar Al-Nasser, Saleh Al-Shuraim and Nasser Al-Furhood.
Shareholders also voted to form the audit committee for the same term, with members including Ibrahim AlHomaidhi, Ibrahim Al Rashid, Ahmed Alkanhal, Ahmed Al Baz and Nasser Al-Furhood.
