Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Thursday.

1) Bawan Co. signed a medium-term Islamic loan agreement worth SAR 95.5 million with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF), the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

2) Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) lawsuit against Saudi Aramco has been postponed to May 8, 2019, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

3) Alujain Corp. expects to reveal 2018 financial statements by May 11, 2019 at most, the company said in a bourse statement.

4) Saudi Telecom Co.’s (STC) shareholders will approve on April 24 a three-year dividend policy as of Q4 2018, the telecom operator said in a bourse statement.

5) United Electronics Co.'s (eXtra) shareholders will discuss on May 1 the paid cash dividend for H1 2018 at 7.5 percent of capital, or SAR 0.75 a share, totaling 31.500 million.

6) Saudi Electricity Co.'s (SEC) shareholders will discuss on April 30 the board's recommendation to issue a 7 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year that ended Dec. 31, 2018.

7) Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp.'s (SPIMACO) board of directors elected Mohammed bin Talal Al-Nahhas as a chairman of the board for the coming three-year term.

8) Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s (GO) shareholders are set to vote on a 25.81 percent capital cut to SAR 350.53 million from SAR 472.5 million during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held on April 24, 2019.

9) Al Rajhi Bank’s shareholders are set to vote on a 53.8 percent capital hike to SAR 25 billion from SAR 16.25 billion during the extraordinary general assembly meeting that will be held today, April 3, 2019.

10) Brent crude on Thursday dropped 6 cents to reach $69.25/bbl, while WTI crude declined 11 cents to $62.35/bbl.
