Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) reported a net profit increase of 1.3% to SAR 604 million in 2025, compared to SAR 596 million a year earlier.

The company said the increase in profit was mainly driven by higher revenue, which rose 6% to SAR 10.98 billion from SAR 10.36 billion. The growth reflected stronger consumer segment revenue supported by 5G services, higher wholesale revenue, and the expansion of Tamam Financing Co.’s business.
Gross profit increased by SAR 102 million year-on-year, while operational gross profit—excluding a one-off withholding tax provision—rose by SAR 259 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) also grew by SAR 151 million.

Total shareholders’ equity, with no minority interest, stood at SAR 10.87 billion as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 10.70 billion in the same period a year earlier.
