Maharah Human Resources Co. extended the execution of pre-conditions of the sale and purchase agreement to acquire 90% of Spectra Support Services Co. until Oct. 30, 2021, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

 

The extension is attributed to the need of both parties for more time to implement the pre-conditions, the statement said, adding that 85% of the pre-conditions were completed.

 

On April 11, Maharah signed an agreement to purchase 90% of Spectra Support Services Co., Argaam earlier reported.
