Tadawul suspends SISCO Holding trading at company request

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) suspended today, June 23, trading of Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co.’s (SISCO Holding) shares, until the end of the current trading session.
This came after the company requested a trading halt before announcing a significant event, in accordance with the listing rules and the procedures for the suspension of listed securities.

Trading will resume on June 24.
Before the halt, SISCO Holding stock was down 3% at SAR 25.30, with about one million shares traded.
