Bank Aljazira opens nominations for board membership

Bank Aljazira announced opening the nomination for board membership for the next three-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

Nomination applications can be submitted from July 26 until Aug. 25.

 

The election of board members will be during the upcoming general assembly meeting, the date for which will be announced after obtaining necessary approvals from relevant authorities, the bank said.
