Etihad Atheeb board appoints new audit committee member

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co.’s board of directors approved, today, Oct. 31, the appointment of Ehsan Amanallah Makhdoum as a member of the audit committee, in place of the resigned member Omar Subhi Abdul Karim Shanaah, effective immediately until the end of the current term on Oct. 25, 2023.

The board decision will be put up for approval during the next general assembly meeting.

Makhdoum, who has experience of more than 24 years, is a licensed public accountant in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the US.

He is also a former partner in one of the big four international accounting firms.

Makhdoum holds a B.S. degree in accounting with honor from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran.
