Advanced Petrochemical to elect new board members on Aug. 31

Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s shareholders will elect board members for the upcoming board term starting Oct. 1, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Aug. 31, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders can remotely vote on the OGM agenda items as of Aug 27.
