GCC’s Technical Secretariat for Anti-Injurious Practices, Japanese ambassador discuss anti-dumping investigation against Saudi imports of SAP

The GCC Bureau of Technical Secretariat for Anti-Injurious Practices in International Trade said that a meeting was held with the Ambassador of Japan in Saudi Arabia, Fumio Iwai, to discuss the procedures of the anti-dumping investigation against Saudi imports of superabsorbent polymer (SAP).

 

This includes SAP originating or being exported from China, Japan, Belgium, Singapore, Republic of Korea and France, according to a statement.

 

Headed by Director General of the Technical Secretariat for Anti-Injurious Practices in International Trade, Faisal Al Muhaidib, the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat in Riyadh, also saw the attendance of Japan’s Chief Cabinet Secretary Matsuno Hirokazu.

 

They stressed the importance of enhancing cooperation between Japan and the GCC in the field of harmful practices in international trade.
