Mohammad Al-Sulaiman, CEO of National Real Estate Registration Services Co., or Real Estate Registry (RER), announced that more than 500,000 real estate registries were issued across five cities in Saudi Arabia.
Each registry includes a property ownership deed and a detailed property record, featuring precise information and geographic locations using geospatial data, along with details about the property's dimensions and areas.
During his speech at the 2025 Real Estate Future Forum, Al-Sulaiman stated that RER employed the latest technologies to expedite the process of real estate title registration, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
Additionally, the company developed a groundbreaking real estate map, the first of its kind in the Kingdom.
He highlighted that over 66,000 real estate transactions were executed through the RER platform, including ownership transfers, mortgage documentation, and other real estate activities. Al-Sulaiman emphasized that RER continues its work on land surveying across various regions in the Kingdom.
These efforts aim to prepare geospatial data for real estate title registration, with the total surveyed area exceeding 22,000 square kilometers in Saudi Arabia.
Al-Sulaiman also underscored RER's reliance on advanced technologies and its accelerated digital transformation, with automation processes reaching approximately 94%. Furthermore, RER utilized robots to reduce the time required for data transfer from eight minutes to just 25 seconds.
