GO completes incorporation of Al-Hulul Al-Muntilga unit

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) completed the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Al-Hulul Al-Muntilga, with a capital of SAR 20 million and headquarters in Riyadh.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, GO said any future developments regarding the subsidiary’s receipt of a final license from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) would be announced in due course.

According to Argaam data, GO had announced in March that its subsidiary, previously named Hulool Al-Intilaq Finance, received preliminary approval from SAMA to operate in the micro consumer finance sector.

 

The company recently obtained a no-objection letter from SAMA approving the name change of its subsidiary to Al-Hulul Al-Muntilga.
