The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH) issued a ministerial decree approving the regulations for minimarkets, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.

 

These rules are effective immediately, with a 180-day corrective period granted to existing establishments to ensure compliance.

 

The new regulations outline specific spatial requirements that establishments must adhere to within their premises.
