AICTEC inks deal to buy 25% of Sign Max Advertising for SAR 3M

AICTEC signed on July 28 an agreement to acquire a 25% stake in Sign Max Advertising Co. with Sign Max Advertising Free Zone LLC, and Techno Mic Group Limited Co. for SAR 3 million.

In a statement to Tadawul, AICTEC said the deal will be financed from the company’s resources. The acquisition aligns with the company’s strategy that aims to enhance its presence in advertising, organizing exhibitions and conferences, and digital marketing. It also seeks to expand AICTEC’s business by capitalizing on the growing opportunities in the sector.

 

The relevant financial impact is expected show starting from the second half of 2025.

 

Sign Max is a key player in the advertising sector, boasting global expertise in this field. It also owns a specialized factory for preparing and organizing exhibitions and conferences. This sector is regarded as one of the promising sectors in the Saudi market in particular and the GCC region.

 

No audited financial statements are available for the past three years as the company is new to the Saudi market, AICTEC added.
