Element List Explanation
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is The company achieved an increase in revenues in the third quarter of 2025 amounting to SR. 68.6 million, at a rate of (4.2%) over the corresponding quarter of the previous year 2024, and this growth is due to strong combined sales performance from Retail across multi-channels and Other verticals to lead topline growth momentum.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Net profit decreased by SAR 6 million (8%) in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the same quarter of 2024. While maintaining 4.1% as a net margin, the main contributors to the decrease where expenses that relate to core retail expansions, strengthening competitiveness in multi-channel and loyalty development campaigns and additionally strategic investments on verticals for future opportunities.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the previous one is The company achieved an increase in revenues in the third quarter of 2025 of SAR 17.2 million, at a rate of ( 1%) over the previous quarter. This growth comes from strong retail sales performance contributed by omni-channel and engagement initiatives. Proceed Logistics delivered a promising sales performance instilling confidence in our strategic vision.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit (loss) during the current quarter compared to the previous one is Net profit decreased in the third quarter of 2025 by SAR 17.5 million (20%) compared to the previous quarter. This decrease mainly is contributed by retail expansions and seasonality related campaigns.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is The company achieved an increase in revenues in the current period of 2025 amounting to SAR 299.2 million, at a rate of ( 6.3%) increase over the same period of the previous year, 2024. and this growth is due to strong combined sales performance from Retail and Logistics services. All verticals contributed to a resilient sales performance.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current period compared to the same period of the last year is Net profit decreased in the current period of 2025 by SAR 5.5 Million, or (2.1%), compared to the same period of the previous year 2024. While upholding a strong 5.2% net margin and 7.2% operating margin, this decrease mainly is contributed by retail expansions, retail multi-channel and consumer experiences development investments.
