Inmar signs MoU with Minor Hotels to develop Anantara Resort in Riyadh

Inmar, Minor Hotels ink a MoU to explore developing and operating the planned Anantara Resort in Riyadh’s Al Amariyah.

Inmar Co. for Real Estate Development and Investment signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Minor Hotels to jointly develop and operate the Anantara Resort in Al Amariyah, Riyadh.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the agreement supports its strategy and aims to enhance growth opportunities in the market.

Inmar noted that the MoU has no immediate financial impact, and any subsequent effects will be announced once identified. The agreement covers the review of economic, regulatory, and technical aspects, and provides recommendations in line with relevant regulations.

The company added that the MoU is non-binding and intended solely for evaluation and study. Any material developments will be disclosed in due course. Inmar confirmed that no related parties are involved.
