Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) has completed all the regulatory requirements to rebrand from Etihad Atheeb Telecom to Etihad GO Telecom Co., according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The rebranding follows the approval of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and the receipt of the amended commercial registration reflecting the new name.

 

The rebranding aligns with the company’s strategic transformation to strengthen its position in the telecommunications and technology sectors, the statement added.

 

In October, the telecom operator’s shareholders approved amending Article 2 of the company’s bylaws related to the company name change, according to data compiled by Argaam.
