Chemanol says unable to publish 2025 financials on time

Methanol Chemicals Co. stated that it was unable to publish its annual financial results for 2025 within the specified time, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The company is working, in coordination with the external auditor, to complete the preparation of the financial statements and finalize the audit procedures, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The annual results are expected to be published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website within the regulator period of 20 trading sessions, not later than April 29, 2026.

 

The shares will be suspended from April 1, 2026.

 

The procedure for suspending the trading of listed securities will be applied in accordance with the listing rules.
