Wafrah names Al Majed as chairman after Al Marzouq quits

The board of directors of Wafrah for Industry & Development Co. has appointed Khalid Al Majed as board chairman starting from June 5, 2017.

 

The decision came after the company’s chairman, Mufarreh Al Marzouq, submitted his resignation as board chairman and board member for personal reasons, effective June 5.

 

Majed has been a board member at Wafrah for ten years, the company said in separate statements on Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, the company has appointed Abdullah Rajab as vice board chairman, the position that was previously held by Al Majed.
