Tamkeen Human Resource Co. reported a net profit increase of 11.2% to SAR 95.1 million in 2025, compared to SAR 85.5 million a year earlier.

2025 revenue increased by 40.5% compared to the year before, while gross profit rose by 33.8% year-on-year (YoY), mainly driven by a 34.6% increase in gross profit from the corporate segment and a 30.0% increase in gross profit from the individual segment.

 

Operating profit leapt by 33.3% YoY, despite a 24.1% increase YoY in general, administrative and marketing expenses. This was primarily attributed to higher employee salaries, benefits, commissions, and bonuses, in line with the company’s strategy to invest in human capital, in addition to recording precautionary provisions for withholding tax.

 

Expected credit loss provisions jumped by SAR 7.9 million YoY, based on the expected credit loss model prepared by an external advisor, in line with the growth in trade receivables resulting directly from the company’s revenue growth.

 

Other non-operating income decreased by SAR 10.4 million YoY.

Q4 2025 net profit declined 18.4% to SAR 18.8 million from SAR 23.1 million in the prior-year period.

 

On a sequential basis, net earnings dropped 21.3% from SAR 23.9 million in Q3 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, rose to SAR 351.7 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 349.7 million in the same period a year earlier.
