TASI falls 0.6% to 10,594 pts, turnover at 32-month low
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.6%, or 62 points, lower at 10,594 points today, Sept. 7, recording its lowest close since June.
Total turnover reached nearly SAR 2.2 billion, the lowest since December 2022.
The index started the day at 10,665 points, climbing to a peak of 10,675 points before dipping to a low of 10,587 points.
Market Index
Al Rajhi Bank, Saudi Aramco, ACWA Power, and Saudi National Bank declined by 1%.
BSF, SABIC AN, SIIG, Makkah Construction, and Riyadh Cables fell between 2% and 3%.
Qassim Cement closed at SAR 41 riyals (-1%) after going ex-dividend.
Riyadh Development dropped 6% to SAR 31.42 after it disclosed details of its land holdings subject to the Idle Land Tax Law.
