National Co. for Learning and Education’s (NCLE) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends at 25% of capital, or SAR 2.5 a share, for the year ended in July 2025, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Jan. 1, according to a Tadawul statement.

Shareholders also approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the year ending July 31, 2026, the statement said.
The EGM also approved amendments to several articles of the company’s bylaws, including those related to the company’s objectives.
