Etihad Atheeb names new board member

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) said that non-executive board member and representative of Batelco Raed Fakhri has been replaced by Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa effective today.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday that Batelco’s chairman had sent a letter to nominating Sheikh Khalifa, who will serve until the end of the board’s current term on October 25, 2020.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the general assembly.
