Sulaiman Al Habib shareholders elect board members

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group’s shareholders elected board members for the three-year term starting Dec. 10, 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

The elected board directors are:

 

The elected board directors include Sulaiman Abdulaziz Al Habib, Hesham Sulaiman Al Habib, Saleh Muhammad Al Habib, Faisal Abdullah Al Nassar, Nasser Muhammad Al Huqbani, Abdulrahman Sulaiman Al Turaigi, Rasheed Abdulrahman Al Rasheed, Mazen Abdulrazak Al Rumaih, and Obaid Abdullah Al Rasheed.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee, in addition to defining its authorities, as well as remuneration.
