International Investment Gate (IIG) today hosted the UK-KSA Apex at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Westminster — a closed-door bilateral investment forum bringing together senior policymakers, Saudi diplomats, institutional investors, family office principals, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from the United Kingdom and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The event, held by personal invitation only, convened representatives from UK and Saudi ministries alongside a carefully curated room of capital decision-makers from both kingdoms. The forum focused on the deployment of bilateral capital under Vision 2030, UK-Saudi real estate investment flows, and the evolving structural and policy landscape shaping cross-border transactions.

The centrepiece of the afternoon was a panel discussion — From Policy to Capital: Unlocking Investment Under Vision 2030 — featuring three leading figures at the intersection of UK and Saudi investment:

- Islam Zween, Chief Executive Officer, Argaam Investments.

- John Davie, Chairman, Altra Capital and Advisory Board Member, Saudi British Joint Business Council.

- Dr Mohammed AlSwaidan, Chief Executive Officer, International Investment Gate.

The discussion drew on the panellists' collective experience across Gulf capital markets, bilateral deal structuring, Vision 2030 policy implementation, and UK-Saudi real estate. The session was followed by an extended networking period with curated introductions facilitated by IIG.

MOU SIGNED: IIG AND JOZO

On the margins of the forum, International Investment Gate and Jozo — a Saudi-registered digital real estate management company operating under REGA’s regulatory sandbox with Real Estate Registry integration — formalised a Memorandum of Understanding.

The MoU establishes a framework for collaboration in attracting foreign capital into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, connecting qualified international participants and family offices to Shariah-compliant real estate ownership opportunities through Jozo’s platform, and providing real estate management services to facilitate market access for foreign buyers entering the Saudi market. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to Shariah-compliant structures and the broader objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The agreement was signed by Dr Mohammed AlSwaidan, CEO of International Investment Gate, and Mr Turki Khaled Ibrahim Alshlail, Chief Executive Officer of Jozo.
