SAIC appoints chairman, vice-chairman

Saudi Advanced Industries Co.’s (SAIC) board of directors appointed on May 19 non-executive board members Mohammed Al-Joaid as chairman and Yazeed Khaled Al-Shathry as vice-chairman, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointments were effective immediately and until the end of the current term, the statement added.
