TASI drops 1.5% to 11,660 points, lowest close since December 2023
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) declined 1.5%, or 171 points, to close at 11,660 points today, May 28, recording its lowest level since December 2023.
Total turnover reached about SAR 5.3 billion.
The index’s losses reached nearly 300 points, or 2.6%, since the beginning of the year.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco and Saudi National Bank declined to SAR 29.25 (-1%) and SAR 33 (-2%), respectively.
ACWA Power was the top decliner, falling 5% to SAR 456.60. , Nearly 575,000 shares were traded.
Al Othaim and Mouwasat each fell 3% to close at SAR 11.46 and SAR 109, respectively, after going ex-dividend.
