TASI rises 0.8% to 11,252 pts; turnover hits SAR 5.4B
Saudi Arabia’s benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) closed 0.8%, or 84 points, higher at 11,252 points today, Feb. 12.
Total turnover reached about SAR 5.4 billion.
The benchmark opened at 11,156 points, reaching a high of 11,252 and a low of 11,143 during the session.
Market Index
Saudi Aramco rose by 1% to SAR 26.
Acwa, SABIC, Alinma Bank, BSF, Bank Albilad, Tawuniya and Sipchem gained between 1% and 4%.
Saudi Kayan jumped 10% to SAR 5.30 with about 20 million shares traded. The company received an allocation document for an additional 30 million standard cubic feet per day of ethane from the Ministry of Energy.
Ataa closed at SAR 57.50 (+10%).
Petro Rabigh and Riyadh Cables rose by 6%.
