The company was initially established as a sole proprietorship under the name of Saudi Kindergarten for Children in 1958. A year later, the company’s name was changed to “Tarbiya Namouthajiya Schools”. Expansion commenced in 1980 with the opening of an educational complex in Al Rayyan District, Riyadh.
