Bupa Arabia announces board member’s resignation

Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the resignation of non-executive board member, Simeon Preston, effective July 1, 2019, the insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

The board member represented major foreign shareholder, Bupa Investments Overseas Limited (BIOL).
