Tasnee renames Al Khafrah as board chairman

National Industrialization Co.’s (Tasnee) board of directors has reappointed Mubarak Al Khafrah as board chairman for the current three-year term started on July 6, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also renamed Talal Al Shair as deputy chairman for the same term.

 

Meanwhile, they have formed the board committees including the audit committee, the statement added.
