Al Maather REIT Fund posts SAR 14 mln profit in H1 2019

Al Maather REIT’s net profit stood at SAR 14.06 million for H1 2019, Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

Net Asset Value (NAV) stood at SAR 587.5 million, while NAV per unit hit SAR 9.57.

The fund reported SAR 11.7 million in total expenses and fees.

Total number of issued units reached 61.37 million for the same period.

Total return stood at 4.20 percent for the first half of the year, the statement added.
