Swicorp Wabel REIT Fund reported a net profit of SAR 26.35 million for the first half of 2019, Swicorp, the fund manager said in a bourse statement.

 

The total expenses for the period reached SAR 37.36 million while net assets stood at SAR 1.12 billion.

 

The period’s yield is 2.23 percent.

 

The unit’s net value was at SAR 9.50 per unit as of June 30, 2019.
