Dallah shareholders to elect board members on Oct. 9

Dallah Healthcare Co.’s shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term on Oct. 9, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new term will begin on Oct. 21, 2019.

 

Shareholders will also elect members of the audit committee and vote on the company's corporate social responsibility policy.
