Arabian Centres Co.’s shareholders have authorized the board of directors to pay interim semi-annual or quarterly dividend for the FY ending on March 31, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also authorized the board to define the record as well as the payment dates, in line with the applied regulations.

 

“This will come in line with the company’s financial position, cash flows as well as investment and expansionary plans,” the statement added.
