Derayah REIT announces dividend for Q3 2019

Derayah REIT Fund will pay a 1.87 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.187 per unit, amounting to SAR 20.06 million, the fund manager, Derayah Financial, said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 1.91 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of June 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
